Our team is experienced in interviewing a wide range of respondents from consumers to high level managers and professionals in specialist industries, such as GP's and CIO's. In an average year, we conduct half a million such interviews in Asia, Europe and the Americas. We have built a team of talented multilingual face-to-face and telephone interviewers. All interviewers are native language speakers who are fully trained and accredited under ISO 20252.
Our multilingual CATI call centre is unique within the industry. This 'one stop shop' assures interviewing quality across all languages, as well as being more flexible and cost effective than using a different agency or call centre for each country. We have a multilingual team of supervisors who support our interviewers and ensure that data collection in all languages surpasses industry standards.
